Despite the widespread use of screening tests like mammograms, PSA tests, and fecal tests— which save thousands of lives and billions of dollars globally—there remains no effective solution for MASLD and lung cancer, both of which have an even higher prevalence. NaNose Medical addresses this critical gap with a groundbreaking approach: leveraging nanotechnology and AI to analyze volatile biomarkers in breath, creating unique "fingerprints" that provide an additional layer of patient data for early risk assessment. Portability, low-cost and ease of use make NaNose a powerful POC screening tool, starting with lung cancer, and liver disease (MASLD) screening and staging. Designed specifically for population screening, this innovation has the potential to transform early detection and improve patient outcomes. We are conducting clinical studies across 10 medical sites in Europe and Israel, supported by 4 prestigious grants from the EU (Horizon grant as part of LUCIA consortium) and EIC Transition grant for ReLiV project.), the Israeli Innovation Authority and Google AI Fund. We have collected thousands of breath samples, significantly enhancing the robustness of our datasets.
