One of our topics is the thermal characterization of various materials, e. g. gels, pastes, liquids as well as the thermal characterization of systems as discrete devices, power electronics and opto-electronic components. For that, we offer testing of your materials in our house or if the testing is required often, it might be more cost efficient to buy your own measurement system from us (TIMA, TOCS, LaTima). Another big topic is the design and manufacturing of custom thermal test vehicles (TTVs). Our TTVs can mimic complex active components. It can be designed in various sizes and different interconnection. And finally, with our thermal imaging-based system TIFAS IR you can find flaws like voids, cracks, delamination and foreign objects underneath the surface. The failure analysis system can be bought as one stand alone machine or be put inline into your production line.
