Napa Valley Materials is a supplier of specialty landscape materials. One of our products, GraniteCrete is a top quality binder used with decomposed granite for both pedestrian and vehicle traffic. GraniteCrete is much less temperature sensitive than most other products currently on the market, meaning it can be installed year round. With over twenty years' experience, Scott Atkinson continues to train installation crews and provide technical assistance on a number of DG binder products. NVM is the California distributor of Porous Pave, a permeable paving material comprised of recycled tire rubber, aggregate and a single part urethane binder. Over the past year, we have completed a number of large scale projects in San Diego, Beverly Hills, San Jose, Napa Valley and Sonoma County. We also can supply Bonded Woodcarpet, a polymer based binder mixed with bark mulch to provide a permeable surface that does not move or get blown away from yard blowers or heavy rains. Napa Valley Materials is always on the lookout for additional specialty products that we can offer our customers. Any product added will only be done after careful vetting, testing and commitment of product support from the manufacturer. Most all products added by NVM relate to stormwater management and ecologically friendly materials. Scott Atkinson has over 30 years of building materials experience. He is active in volunteer organizations involving animal foster, sheltering and rescue, including behind fire lines animal evacuation. Additionally he is developing a recreation master plan and new dog park for his community of Calistoga and a push truck for sprint cars at Calistoga and Petaluma speedways.
