Naritas Consulting specialises in Public Sector procurement, supporting customers in procuring best value solutions and suppliers in securing Public Sector contracts. We have led over £150m of winning bids for Public Sector contracts for a variety of suppliers from large multi-nationals to SMEs, so we have a clear understanding of the skills required to bid for an win contracts. We have also supported a number of major procurement exercises for customers both within Central Government and within Local Government. This understanding of both bidding and procurement support provides a unique insight across the procurement spectrum. Understanding how Public Sector customers will read and mark bids allows us to tailor these for suppliers to maximise their chances of winning. Understanding how bidders read and respond to Invitations to Tender allows us to optimise these to be as "supplier-friendly" as possible, and allows us to read between the lines of the bidders' responses.
