Each bottle dispences 200 puffs of Nasaleze powder which is enough to last for 6 to 8 weeks of daily use. The powder is inert and has no medical properties so is entirely safe for all to use It works because the powder turns to a gel like material on contact with the moisture which is always present in the nasal tract.
