About Nasson Health Care
Nasson Health Care, a division of York County Community Action Corporation, is 1 of 19 Federally Qualified Health Centers in Maine. As a patient-centered medical home, our team of compassionate and qualified professionals provides a fully integrated range of care for the whole family including primary medical care, dental care and behavioral health services. We also partner with many of the region’s social service organizations and specialties in our region to treat and care for the whole-person. Accessibility to quality healthcare is a basic right for each member of our community and we strive to welcome everyone, regardless of their ability to pay – whether you have private insurance, Medicare, MaineCare or no insurance at all. Our sliding fee discount program reduces fees according to family size and income, in accordance to Federal Poverty Guidelines.
