About NATA yoga
Pamela and Senêt Weber opened NATA in 2014 as a neighbourhood center dedicated to the practice of yoga, meditation and vegetarian cooking. We offer classes 7 days/week and often hold special events, including monthly kirtans, movie nights, lectures, music concerts, yoga retreats in Italy, and more. Our team of 10 instructors, all certified and with over 150 years of combined teaching experience, give classes in different styles of yoga according to their training. Students can experiment with Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Gentle yoga, Yin Yoga, prenatal, senior, and more. Our cooking classes are held once or twice a month and always include a sit-down meal so participants can enjoy sharing without the rush.
