Nate's Fabrication offers many different manufacturing solutions to meet your need. We serve many different industries including, but not limited to, electrical, water, gas, mining, food grade, aerospace, military, heavy equipment, ect… We operate out of a 40,000 sq ft facility outfitted with new updated state of the art equipment. Here at Nate's Fabrication we strive to produce only the highest quality parts. We have built a wonderful reputation in the industry. We can manufacture everything from one off parts to quantities well into the thousands. We also fabricate one-off custom assemblies We have a 10,000 sq ft fabrication area capable of MIG, STICK, and TIG welding. We have other cutting and fabrication equipment such as CNC plasma, CNC laser, CNC waterjet, 175 ton press break, 350 ton CNC press brake, pipe bender, pipe notcher, bandsaws, and more. We have a 10,000 sq ft machine shop. We use primarily Proto trak machinery which consist of CNC knee mills, CNC production mills, CNC toolroom mills, CNC lathes. We also have various other manual lathes including a 120" Lodge & Shipley capable of large heavy duty turning. We have an in-house CAD department. This ensures all prints will be checked prior to manufacturing. We check every single print for mistakes or missing information. This procedure eliminates rework and ensures you receive the product you ordered. We offer painting and powder coating. Our largest walk-in powder coating oven measures 19'L X 6'W X 9' Tall. We can handle just about any of your powder coating needs. We also have an in-house logistics company that handles all of our shipping and transport. They specialize in oversized freight, LTL, FTL, and local deliveries
