We are a consulting and third-party administration firm with a focus on non-qualified plans and advanced life insurance programs. We partner with advisors to provide solutions to many of the issues facing their clients such as: recruiting, rewarding and retaining key executives; correcting deficiencies that may exist in their current benefit programs; and planning for business transfer. We work with public and private companies, financial institutions and non-profit organizations. NBG provides joint marketing, sales support and back office administrative services to our partners and their clients.
