The National Centre for Critical Infrastructure Protection, Security and Resilience (NC-CIPSeR) is a non-for-profit research centre housed within Carleton University. The objective of the centre is to streamline research activities alongside Carleton’s unique Infrastructure Protection and International Security Master’s program and the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs.
