Chain Connection (C/C), an industry leader in the manufacture of medium to heavy duty conveyor and bucket elevator chains, has been meeting the exacting standards of the mining, timber, asphalt, cement, automotive, sugar and fertilizer industries since 1998. To strengthen the links in our chain of business and to provide more streamlined service to our clients, we have formed National Chains (N/C), the marketing division of C/C. The motivated, professional team at N/C will facilitate communication between manufacturer and client, expediting delivery and ensuring a superior product at a most competitive price. N/C is a Level 2 BBBEE rated company, which in turn, benefits your company’s BBBEE rating. Quite simply, N/C is the link that will streamline an all-round improved business partnership. Our uncompromising commitment towards service excellence is driven by a management team with in excess of 30 years experience in the design, manufacture and marketing of chains. This combination has enabled N/C to grow significantly over the past few years. No mean feat in the prevailing economic climate. To expedite service and communication with our clients, we are in the process of opening branches countrywide. C/C is a SABS 9001 certified company with an excellent production and tool room facility, enabling the in-house manufacture of components and tools. Equipment includes various eccentric and hydraulic presses from 100 tons to 500 tons, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and a CNC plasma machine. All chain components are manufactured in-house with stringent quality controls throughout every step of the process. Only certified steel is used in the manufacture of our customized chains, which are designed using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology. These drawings can be generated for our clients by request. Components requiring heat treatment are outsourced to an expert company with whom we have been doing business for over a decade. CREATING A CHAIN OF EXCELLENCE!!!
