In addition to attractive upfront cash value on sale, we offer generous ongoing incentives through fixed remuneration, annual clinic profit share, and investment in the future value of NCP via participation in our Clinician Equity Plan. We will invest post-sale in various support functions to reduce your clinic management burden, and we will provide help to upskill and empower your team to reduce dependence on you over time.
