About National IT Disposal
National IT Disposal was formed as the market required a secure IT Asset Disposal provider that cares about the needs of its clients by listening to them and creating tailored service options bespoke to their requirements. National IT Disposal is built upon three core values: - The provision of excellent service - A transparent operating structure - Ethical and environmentally friendly conduct in all of our processes We offer a free IT Asset Disposal service to organisations and businesses across the entire United Kingdom. How does our zero charge service work? 1- We collect redundant IT equipment from our client's premises using our GPS tracked and CCTV monitored fleet of vehicles with our DBS checked collection operatives. 2- As soon as our operative loads the equipment onto the vehicle, your company is issued a notice of waste transfer as per UK legislation. A waste transfer note proves that your organisation has disposed of its e-waste legally and responsibly. 3- Your collected items are catalogued, and a complete asset report is issued. 4- All data-bearing items such as Hard Drives, Solid State Drives, and Storage Media is data sanitised or physically destroyed based on the requirements of our clients. An itemised data destruction certificate is then issued, proving that all data has been irreversibly destroyed. This keeps our clients' sensitive data safe, securing their reputation and compliance with data-related legislation such as GDPR. National IT Disposal operates a strict zero-landfill policy. All components and devices are recycled. We take pride in being the leading provider of IT disposal services to both public and private sector organisations, providing robust and dependable solutions. Our dedication and commitment has enabled us to grow into who we are today – the UK’s most respected and trusted IT asset disposal provider.
