About National Metalwares

National Metalwares, L.P., is a customer driven, high volume manufacturer, fabricator and finisher of welded steel tubing and tubular components meeting the exacting requirements of consumer and industrial product manufacturers. We offer specialized, value added services that differentiate us from our competitors and use innovative approaches in all phases of production. Our complete vertical integration has given us a competitive advantage for over 60 years. In fact, this total in-house capability allows many of our customers to minimize their own inventories. We have three tube mills capable of creating a wide range of shapes and sizes. All mills are monitored using statistical process controls for exact diameter and length requirements. Fabrication operations include, but are not limited to, bending with multiple state-of-the-art CNC push benders, punching, swaging, stamping, flattening, deburring, chamfering, dedimpling, reducing and welding. Our in-house finishing capabilities include state-of-the-art powder coating on two paint lines. We out-source for plated finishes, and in both cases we maintain exceptional process control to ensure finishes that meet our customers’ quality expectations, time after time.
