National Public Safety Group is a concierge consulting firm solely focused on public safety software projects for CAD, FRMS, LERMS, JMS, and Mobile solutions. At NPSG, you are assigned an entire team specific to your needs. We have subject matter experts for each solution and each phase of your project. Our experts have all worked in public safety and/or have worked at public safety software providers. Our agencies work with team members who have great experience in how to manage your project from multiple perspectives. As we are a concierge consulting firm, each project is assigned the appropriate subject matter experts for each product, and experts in managing the Needs Assessment, Selection, and Contract phases of your project. As our team has such great experience in working with all of the major providers, and the fact that we do extensive experience on all of the providers, we help your agency make the most educated decisions to find the best provider. Once a selection is made, we work very hard to create a partnership between our agencies, the software provider, and our team, as we should all be working toward the same goals. We also assign a project manager or two, according to the size of your project, to your agency. All of our project managers are PMP certified or working toward their PMP certification. This level of involvement is part of our standard concierge service. Our goal is to take the workload off your team and anxiety out of your project.
