About National Real Estate Investors Club

National REIC is the Education portion of our Business. Teaching others how to get started Investing in Real Estate by Rehabbing, Wholesaling, & Rentals. We also have a local Club / Organization under the National REIC which is Palm Beach REIA (Palm Beach Real Estate Investors Assoc.) We hold Webinars and Podcasts on a Monthly basis and an Annual Real Estate Investor Expo / Conference in South Florida every January at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Palm Beach REIA is an organization that helps new and experienced Investors become educated, motivated and connected. In every meeting there is a time for education, usually with a classroom type of infrastructure, a time for members to share their goals and become more motivated, and a time for member networking. In addition to investors, members consist of a variety of Real Estate, Mortgage and Banking Professionals. We (John Zwirzina & Jeff Green) have an extensive knowledge of real estate investing and large network of real estate investors nationwide which allows us to offer more buying choices and a wide variety of selling options for all types of home buyers and sellers. We own a Real Estate Brokerage Firm in South Florida, Palm Beach Investors Realty as well as a Title Company, Sunshine State Title. Our main business though is Rehabbing and Wholesaling Properties in Palm Beach County & South Florida. That is where the money is which is why we don't mentor, like others we simply hold monthly Webinars & Podcasts to help teach people.
