About National Research Company
Founded in 1950, National Research Company was formed based on post war needs to provide critical and strategic resources to the domestic economy. Specifically, the manufacture and reclaimation of tungsten carbide and industrial diamonds within the United States. Having previous experience with both the development of natural diamond as an industrial abrasive, as well as, the tungsten carbide tool industry; the company first concentrated on supplying natural diamond for various industrial products. Along with this focus, there was a growing expertise in developing the technology to recycle diamond and tungsten carbide generated by the grinding of tungsten tooling. Over the past decades, National Research Company has become a national leader in strategic material reclaimation services, and provides a domestic supply of diamonds and tungsten carbide into the marketplace, as well as, a compliment of cost savings for essential product manufacturers and consumers. While also offering analytical, new diamond manufacturing/distribution, and industrial waste treatment; National Research is uniquely positioned as one of very few companies within the United States who are able to produce these strategic resources and supply into these essential pipelines.
