Who We Are Established in March 2023, the National Skills Council is an executive government body committed to advancing skill development, recognition, and validation. Under the leadership of Executive Chairman Dr Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando, we serve as the driving force behind Malta’s national skills agenda.
