The National Treatment Court Resource Center (NTCRC) to influence the design, implementation, expansion, and enhancement of treatment court programs through the development and dissemination of resources. The NTCRC at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and is funded in part by a grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, U.S. Department of Justice.
