About NationFUEL™ Initiative

NationFUEL partners with Canadian Indigenous communities and engages companies in the fuel industry in the pursuit of developing responsible and safe Fuel / Energy businesses for Indigenous communities. It was created for all Indigenous communities in Canada that are interested in getting into the fuel industry or enhance their existing fuel business. NationFUEL’s initiative is to be in true PARTNERSHIP with Indigenous communities creating a platform for enhancing human capacity and community betterment. It can be a powerful provider, promoting the strategic business development of those Indigenous communities. Nationfuel was created from Ironclad group, a well established fuel transportation business safely delivering over 1.8 billion litters per year to over 300 locations for refiners, distributors and resellers. Indigenous communities can expect to leverage Ironclad's experience, customers, contracts, capital and management capacity, specifically to create new fuel businesses or to find efficiencies within their existing fuel businesses. With the help of Ironclad and a growing number of other industry supporters and ambassadors, the NationFUEL Initiative brings the operational experience and capacity to a partnership with Indigenous communities. The NationFUEL Initiative is dedicated to bringing Indigenous communities together via our common need for fuels and energy. All Indigenous communities are invited to be a part of this initiative.
