About Nations
Nations Incorporated (Inc.) is a legally registered, Guyanese-owned, private tertiary education provider in Guyana, since 1998. The institution comprises several Schools catering to both k-12 as well as tertiary courses, offering 17 Masters programmes in a wide range of subjects as well as Professional Certificates through the University of Bedfordshire, University of Cambridge and the University of London, including an MBA in Oil and Gas Management and an LLM in International Oil and Gas Law. Procurement and Logistics course certification are awarded by CIPS and CILTS respectively. Through a partnership with the Association of Business Executives (ABE) in the UK more than 700 persons study Business courses each year at Nations. Of the 232 ABE centres worldwide Nations is ranked the largest in the world! Nations is also the only NEBOSH registered centre in Guyana and offers a range of Health and Safety courses specific to the Oil and Gas industry as well as FPSO and Oil Rig Safety Manager (ABIOSH) and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. Nations Inc. is also registered with the National Accreditation Council (NAC). With schools having been established in both Region #2 and Region #6, Nations’ staff has more than 20 years of experience in both urban and rural settings. A total of almost 1,500 students are presently enrolled at Nations in the tertiary section. Our graduates are to be found in every sector of the economy including over 650 MBA graduates and over 20,000 Alumni.
