About Native Flavours

As a consultant, I can contribute with my experience of working with people in organizations undergoing change. Last years I been taking on turnaround assignments and taking companys poor performance and moved that into a financial recovery. I identify new business opportunities based on profound analysis, understanding consumer preferences and behavior. Working as a consultant for many years, I gathered best practice and use tried and tested models that I adapt specifically to suit the unique business situation. I thrive working at the strategic level, while I also effectively get the job done operationally. I have experience in managing large cross-functional projects with people from different disciplines, cultures, and nationalities.Throughout my career, I have focused on developing my management skills and, in addition to my experience of direct leadership, I have also worked with dotted line leadership in matrix organizations. I am used to getting people with strong opinions to work together, and I will create a dynamic team that will inspire clients.
