By building a new supply chain that protects soil health, biodiversity and nutrition, we can restore flavour to our plates and provide a viable alternative to the damaging systems of intensive agriculture. We work with some of the world’s most influential restaurants from London and Paris to New York, Copenhagen, Miami and Melbourne. Through education, technology, and direct action, our goal is to redefine the value of fresh produce in professional and home kitchens alike.
