Natural Flair is a consultancy offering workshops and coaching to improve personal performance, self-esteem, confidence and parenting skills either on a one to one basis or for groups. As your personal coach I will be 100% committed to you and your needs empowering you to succeed and to change your life, allowing you to achieve your personal dreams and goals. During the coaching process I will work with you every step of the way, encouraging you to discover questions and answers for yourself in all parts of your life, raising your own self awareness of your full potential. People who undertake coaching see and experience positive and dramatic results and changes in their lives. Natural Flair is quality assured by Hertfordshire County Council to run parenting workshops in schools and children's centres across Hertfordshire. As lead consultant I will meet with you and undertake a full needs analysis, and will ensure that your bespoke training will be designed to be fun and very interactive.
