About Natural State Council, Scouting America
The Natural State Council, BSA is the largest local Council in the State of Arkansas, serving over 6,000 scouts and 3,200 adult volunteers from Northwest, Central, & Southeastern Arkansas extending all the way east through the Delta region. The Natural State Council is our regions premier youth serving and character development organization which provides families with a goal-oriented, time-tested program for young men and woman, ages 5-20. Our Mission The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
