Harnessing the Restorative Power of Nature NatureFix is designed to create meaningful moments in nature to fix mood, energy and focus. Our professional team of landscape architects, anthropologists, ecologists, psychologists, creative designers and First Nation custodians work with clients to supercharge the health benefits of any greenspace - whether it be a national park, local park, pocket park, backyard or workplace. Operating as a social enterprise, we are driven by a mission to deliver positive change. Our mission is to help rejuvenate communities one moment at a time by creating nature experiences that increase personal and planetary health. Our business model reflects the belief that everyone should have access to, and enjoy the health benefits that nature has to offer. We keep our operation costs down to scale our trail delivery up. We feed profits back into research so we can continue to find the best possible nature-based solutions for both people and planet. NatureFix is our trails program. Powered by our NatureFix app on android and IOS, users can access a series of nature-wellbeing walks in public spaces. Completing a NatureFix trail will increase positive mood and mental health, increase nature connection, decrease stress and improve positive social and environmental actions. All our NatureFix routines are backed by the latest international science and supported by our Living Lab program in partnership with Macquarie University (Sydney). Prescribing nature, also known as a Nature based interventions (NBI), is becoming widely accepted as a valid form of drug free health care. Our nature-referral and green prescription service is a "do-anywhere" physical and mental health program that can be prescribed by health professionals or self administered. We also offer design advice based on the best techniques for adding a personal and planetary health layer to any design project.
