About Naturepedic
Naturepedic began when founder Barry Cik could not find a truly safe crib mattress for his first grandchild. He and his sons set out to create a safer product that parents could trust: the Naturepedic organic crib mattress. Since becoming a leader in the marketplace, Naturepedic has added kids and adult mattresses to the line-up. Naturepedic mattresses are certified organic to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and pass all federal flammability standards without the need for any flame retardant chemicals or barriers. Additionally, Naturepedic baby and kids products are made without potential baby allergens such as wool, latex, and soy. There are no harmful or questionable chemicals in any of Naturepedic’s products, such as vinyl/PVC, perfluorinated compounds (PFCs), phthalates, or adhesives.
