Navigate Maternity is a tech-enabled maternal health company delivering real-time data, proactive care, and wraparound support for pregnant and postpartum patients, especially in underserved and rural communities. We provide a turnkey, reimbursable platform that includes FDA cleared devices (validated for use in pregnancy, preeclampsia, and postpartum), a patient mobile app, EHR integrated provider tools, and patient navigation. Our solution captures and shares vitals like blood pressure and weight, flags early warning signs of complications, screens for behavioral health needs, and connects mothers to critical social support such as food, housing, or transportation; all while fitting into clinical workflows. Founded by a mother and medtech leader, an OB/GYN, and a hospital operations leader, we exist to close the gaps that cost women their lives. We partner with payers, academic institutions, public health departments, behavioral health providers, and community-based organizations to improve maternal outcomes at scale. Together, we’re building the infrastructure for safer, smarter, more equitable maternal care.
