Nestled in the picturesque coastal town of North Berwick, Scotland, NB Distillery is an independently owned producer of multi-award-winning Scottish gins and exceptional rums. Established in 2013, the distillery has evolved from its humble beginnings in a kitchen ‘ginnery’ to a purpose-built facility renowned for its eco-friendly practices.  NB Distillery’s London Dry Gin, was voted the World’s Best London Dry Gin in 2015. The distillery focuses on producing exceptional rums under the NB Rum brand. From full-bodied un-aged rums, a natural spiced variant blended with barrel-aged rum, to overproof rums with wild cultured yeasts and extended fermentations. Visitors are welcomed to the distillery to “Learn, Sample and Relax” on their 5-star Ginspiration Tours, which include a behind-the-scenes look at the distillation process and guided tastings in a cozy lounge setting.  Committed to sustainability, NB Distillery has implemented green initiatives while dedicated to working towards Net Zero Carbon Neutral status. The distillery is powered by solar energy while the production harnesses filtered rain water for cooling and condensing. With a dedication to crafting exceptional spirits made in Scotland and a passion for innovation, NB Distillery continues to make its mark for the modern consumer.
