NBB Racing is the racehorse training company of Nicolas Bertran de Balanda. www.nbbracing.com Raised in a family steeped in equestrian sports, De Balanda trains about 40 horses with proven results in both flat and jumps. => Already more than 300 winners over both flat and jumps => Multiple Listed winners => 5 Group wins, 2 Group 1 wins (Auteuil Champion Hurdle twice) The stabbles of NBB Racing are based in Maisons-Laffitte, only 15 km away from Paris, it is an ideal location to train the horses and provide them with the right balance. Benefiting from top-class facilities in a calm and a unique environment especially conceived for racehorse training. NBB racing concentrates on quality trainings thanks to a reduced & qualified team of riders, jockeys and veterinaries. This enables them to be fully dedicated to the horses' success. Pauline Bertran de Balanda, Nicolas' wife, is dedicated to providing a bespoke service and personalized assistance to each client. She also takes pride in maintaining excellent relationship with suppliers and mastering all administrative aspects. The training centre includes: => 13 km of sand tracks and 19 km of turf tracks reserved for the gallop => 4 km of sand tracks, 6 km of turf tracks reserved for the jump => 13 km of trotting and access roads => 8 km of sand drive round => 70 hectares of wooded reserve => 1 sand fiber track, which allows the training of horses in all-weather => 2 schooling rings built on the sand right-turning and left-turning tracks Maisons-Laffitte training centre is also more than fifty stables dedicated to racing, several are listed in the inventory of Historic Monuments and Sites. Nearly 900 thoroughbreds are reported to training, around 20% of starters in the races on the Parisian racecourses, including Auteuil.
