Developed and succesfully used in Japan, Adgreencoat has now crossed the ocean and is available for any company which has heat stress issues. Adgreencoat will keep the interior cooler, so less active cooling is required. Meaning your energybill will be lower. Same as your CO2-output. In The Netherlands we already realized an energy consumption decrease of approx. 12% at a cold store in Flushing. In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia however, we managed to lower the energy consumption with 33% (!), simply because it is hotter overthere. The hotter it gets, the better result we make, but even in a "cold" country like The Netherlands, it is still profitable to apply Adgreencoat. The average ROI for NL is approx 3-4 years, while the ROI in KSA was 1,5 years only. Independent case study showed that AFTER 10 years, the retention value of Adgreencoat still was > 90%.
