ND Directed is a Community Interest Company (CIC), established in 2023, focusing on working with Neurodiversity. By Neurodiversity, we mean everyone, all the variations of neurology, mindset and function that create our fantastic species. We encompass a skills-based approach, primarily supporting others with how to work with their neurology, the traits and characteristics they produce, and also why they function the way they do. We bring understanding and awareness to everyone regardless of academic ability or station. Knowledge is power when understanding those we care about, including ourselves. ND Directed work with the latest research and actively formats it in usable, effective, universal solutions and education, ensuring that we reduce friction in our personal lives or even those of the workplace. We have a simple approach: Free support for service users: We are an action-oriented organisation that helps individuals and communities with limited resources. Problem Solver: We work with traditional funders and existing organisations to find solutions in the challenging economic and political environment. Our actions speak louder than words: We focus on practical interventions and programmes that empower and enable the service users. We share the tools and knowledge to take charge of their health. Measurable, and observable outcomes and impacts: We design our programmes and support to be time-bound and avoid duplication. We offer effective and educational support solutions that train and educate. Focused: We are committed to using our resources and those entrusted to us to address the real problems on the ground, rather than getting involved in theoretical or hypothetical debates. Universal: We aim to enhance social cohesion in the current climate. We resolve conflicts, not take sides. We support all stakeholders, not just one group. A better society is not one with more divisions, but more collaborations.
