We walk you though the process and the uncertainties so you are better informed as you support your little one. For Participants/Carers with Support Coordination funding we are your additional resource to get the most from your funding. For time poor overworked Support Coordinators we partner with you so your admin burden is significantly reduced. Why partner with us - Immediate onboarding of participants with the process completed within two working days - All participants/carers receive a phone call to go through their plan to explain the funding options specific to them - we always include the necessary service providers our correspondence with participants so all parties are fully aware - communication is key! - we encourage the participant/carer to always go through their support coordinators -that relationship is critical and we support the SC. - We are your resource to understand changes to NDIS regulations that occur regularly - when in doubt or unsure ask us - we are truly your intermediaries with the NDIS. In areas of uncertainly, we connect with NDIS to clarify details - we are community minded and connect you with other resources that can help you get the support you need. - when plans have been extended or rolled over we are able to inform you on what exactly is going on so you continue to get the supports you need. We are your allies!!! - we remind you when plans are coming to an end and help you with information for plan reviews. As your plan manager we will act as financial intermediaries between you and your NDIS funding. Our job will be to pay your service providers using your NDIS funds and advise you on how you are tracking against your budget.
