We are an American company that owns a recruiting firm in the Dominican Republic that also has an HR & Payrolling service. We can recruit college educated English/Spanish speaking people in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, hire through our payroll service and assign to your company same as employees while on paper they are legally paid by our Dominican HR company. The cost including overhead can be 75% less than comparible people in the mainland USA. We can provide a recruiter training bootcamp to serve as the foundation for your recruiting leader to take them over and train up the rest of the way. You can train them to be recruiting assistants, candidate sourcers or full recruiters. Or, train to do anything you want such as customer support, back office, payroll or a remote/lower cost assistant.
