About NECS
Our vision is to create a world where anyone who needs it has access to affordable, high quality counselling when they need it. NECS provides counselling across the country via Zoom or telephone and face to face in the North East. We work with SME's to help them develop a mental health strategy including bespoke training and counselling for staff. We have huge capacity and almost everyone who registers gets an assessment appointment within 7 days. The assessment appointment allows us to ensure counselling is right for you right now and help us find the most appropriate counsellors to work effectively with you. We've been delivering counselling since 2006 and we pride ourselves on the fact that 93% of our clients have told us counselling helped them. It's our belief that getting support quickly and with the right counsellor is a big aspect of that. As a Community Interest Company we aren't here to make a profit - any surplus we generate will allow us to provide counselling to anyone who needs it.
