For over 25 years, I’ve walked the full path of entrepreneurship: starting, scaling, and successfully exiting businesses. I’ve built international companies, led large teams, raised capital, and executed high-value exits. But I’ve also faced what many founders silently endure: stress, isolation, and the slow erosion of joy. That realization—first in myself, then in the CEOs I work with—changed everything. Today, I coach and advise business leaders not just to achieve growth and exits, but to rediscover clarity, energy, and fulfillment along the way. My journey started in 1996 when I joined my parents’ translation company, LIDO-LANG, in Krakow, which I transformed from a family-run operation into one of Central Europe’s top firms with scalable systems and a strong leadership team, culminating in its acquisition by global leader SeproTec in 2016 as my first major exit. While growing LIDO-LANG, I co-founded XTRF, a Translation Management Platform that scaled globally across 30+ countries, secured VC funding, shifted to SaaS, and taught me—through my first executive coach—that great CEOs lead with vision, people, and values. In 2021, XTRF was acquired by K1 Investment Management in a deal over ten times larger than my first exit, where I mastered scaling, investor relations, and high-stakes negotiations. Success doesn’t have to come at the cost of your well-being. I now coach entrepreneurs and executives in English, Italian, French, and Polish—helping them grow, exit, and lead without losing themselves. As an Ironman triathlete, I live the mindset of endurance, discipline, and smart decisions. That same mindset guides my coaching—helping leaders stay focused, resilient, and fulfilled. My greatest motivation? Family. They are my source of joy and the reason I believe business should fuel—not drain—your life.
