Needhams are a family run building contractor founded in 1991. Based in Ipswich, Needhams operate across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. Needhams highly skilled and experienced team are able to specialise in all forms of construction projects from new builds, commercial buildings and industrial facilities, to refurbishment projects or educational facilities. Now trading for over 27 years, Needhams continue to go from strength to strength. During the company’s history, Needhams have built, extended and refurbished all types of properties, including houses, schools, public buildings, factories, hospitals and shops. The company also has a long history of managing and carrying out planned maintenance projects. Through a dedicated small works team, Needhams are able to undertake projects with no minimum value to £0.2 million. With a major works department undertaking projects from £0.2 million up to £3 million in value, working within the triple constraints of time, cost and quality. Many personnel at both management and site level have been with the company for many years, some since they left school . Needhams aim is to enhance their position as one of the leading Main Contractors in the Eastern region.
