We are a consulting firm that provides comprehensive training and risk mitigation/suppression investigative services to sports organizations, law firms, and law enforcement entities. There are 3 broad areas in which we can help: 1) Training: Educational outreach for athletes/team personnel as a resource for existing Player Development programs or as an organization's new Player Development programming. We assist and supplement player development initiatives to help players and team personnel avoid common serious pitfalls before problems arise by providing training on issues like legal problems, financial dangers, professionalism, leadership and followership, continuing education, career development and networking, handling media and social media, mental health, and family. For law firms, we provide comprehensive trial advocacy trainings. For law enforcement entities, we provide training on a host of constitutional and practical policing issues. 2) Confidential proactive “red flag” investigations for sports teams' personnel decision-makers. We perform in-depth investigations into issues surrounding potential future acquisitions that help personnel decisionmakers to understand where problems and issues might be before they arise and before they make those decisions that can drain an organization of financial or roster-related resources. 3) Confidential reactive investigations for organizational leadership. We help sports organizational leadership to comprehensively understand existing problems or issues so that they can make better informed decisions about current personnel and procedures in a manner that helps them avoid or mitigate potential personnel, legal and PR crises. With an award-winning federal prosecutor as CEO and almost two dozen decorated former agents from FBI, ATF, DEA, and other law enforcement agencies as affiliated members, the collective experience of our personnel numbers in the hundreds of years.
