At Neighborhood Sun, our mission is to empower communities to gain access to the clean energy revolution sweeping the nation. We are not going to solve climate change or truly switch this nation to clean energy unless everyone is involved, not just the affluent. We seek to provide non-profit, faith, and neighborhood groups with a turn-key community solar solution, including signing up subscribers, site development, financing, and customer management. Solar shouldn't be about creating new consumers, but rather about creating strong communities. What we do: - Customer Acquisition Neighborhood Sun specializes in customer acquisition for clean energy and we’re putting our skills and experience to work in the community solar business. Our unique approach entails working from the ground-up with all the interested stakeholders and local leaders. - Customer Management We have experience managing a large group of diverse customers, whether it’s monthly billing, customer service, or frequent communication through various platforms.
