NEMA Holding owns and operates a portfolio of learning institutions with the unified purpose of offering a quality education and learning experience to every learner. Our journey began in 2003 with the launch of Abu Dhabi University (ADU) and then expanded in 2005 to include Fortune Properties enabling us to provide property and facilities management for our real estate assets, as well as to the wider education community. This was followed shortly by the formation of Knowledge Group, AIM Events and Summit expanding the holding company’s horizons to cover training and career services as well as education. In 2014, NEMA Holding acquired majority shares in Khawarizmi International College (KIC) and Khawarizmi Training Solutions (KTS) strengthening its portfolio further and offering education and training services to a wider array of society. In the past two years, NEMA Holding completed a full acquisition of Khawarizmi International College and Liwa College of Technology (formerly known as Emirates College of Technology). Today, NEMA Holding is among the leading education and training management companies in the region, demonstrating steady growth and expansion, and sustaining continuous improvement in its offerings to fit the student’s and learner’s needs. NEMA Holding manages a strong portfolio combining the UAE’s first accredited private higher education institutions (LCT and KIC), the UAE’s largest private university (ADU), advanced training institutions (KG and KTS), and a state of the art facilities management company (Fortune Properties). This enables us to continue to enhance the experience of the learner as it continues change rapidly with the advancement of technology and increasing focus on training and self-development.
