The Neosource FAA Repair Station NSCR465K - EASA.145.5575 provides the airline industry with high quality repair, overhaul and reverse engineering services. Our customers save significant time and money compared to the cost of OEM repair services, in-house repairs or new part purchases. Neosource repairs parts, components, and assemblies for Boeing, Douglas, Airbus, and Fokker, as well as parts supplied by the many vendors who provide new parts to commercial aircraft manufacturers. On the manufacturing side of our business aerospace companies and other precision industries rely on Neosource, Inc. to meet their critical CNC Machining and Waterjet Machining requirements. Our in-house engineering provides 3 and 4 axis programming to support our CNC machinists in a well-lit, air-conditioned facility. We provide a quick turn time for precision-machined components at a competitive cost. These capabilities are used by a wide range of customers for manufacturing owner-operator parts, Boeing licensee parts, FAA-PMA parts and OEM parts. The Neosource Jet Machining Center features the latest, largest, and most versatile waterjet cutting technology available. We employ the OMAX 55100 and OMAX 80160 to handle a vast range of materials and size requirements. Waterjet cutting takes raw material to a clean-edged finished piece with no heat-affected areas. The streamlined procedure allows us to respond to customer needs quickly, with turnaround times of 10 or fewer days.
