About Neotalentway

Neotalentway is a company that emerged at the beginning of 2018 to respond to the needs for quality training that we see around us. Since its beginnings, Neotalentway has been formed by a team of people highly committed to personal development and quality in teaching. Proof of this is its capacity for internationalisation, so that within a few months of its creation it was already participating in international training projects in collaboration with companies from all over Europe, such as Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia, Italy, Turkey, etc. At Neotalentway we consider that the main asset we have in our company is our employees, which is why we are growing slowly but surely so that our team is gradually consolidating. We are experts in training, we develop our own and external contents, training plans and training projects both nationally and internationally. We also enrich these processes thanks to the fact that most of the team are both training project technicians and teachers, so that we are able to define training programmes based on the reality of teaching. As teachers, we are concerned with providing quality training so that the classroom does not become a space for the transmission of knowledge from the teacher to the student, but we are concerned and work every day to ensure that the student interacts in the classroom and is able to generate their own learning under the guidance and guidance of our teachers.
