Nepeta Consulting is an independent consultancy working with businesses, groups and individuals. We are based in and around Malvern and Ledbury. We work with clients mainly in Herefordshire and Worcestershire but we also have some further afield. Our services are broader than just IT as we have good experience of many aspects of business as well as the technical aspects of IT. We want to make sure that businesses get the best use out of their computer systems and that it's done in a way that saves them time and effort (and money!). Effective systems rely on both the software and the way people use it. Our services consider both and our solutions include managing training and change as well as the systems involved. We pride ourselves on speaking in plain English rather than tech-speak and make sure that you understand as well. Our website service for businesses and groups take the same approach. The website must complement the owner whilst providing an enjoyable experience for the visitor. We build effective websites using WordPress to provide our clients with an easy to maintain solution. As a small business ourselves, we are in an ideal position to guide individuals through the journey of setting up a business. This is supported by the workshops we run through the Small Business Clinic.
