Neptune Transport Planning is an independent, flexible and client focussed transport planning consultancy which provides and coordinates transport and highways inputs on all types of developments. We have extensive experience in leading and coordinating transport and highways inputs across all sectors and land uses. We advise private and public sector clients throughout the planning process and lead transport negotiations with inputs ranging from feasibility and master planning advice, planning applications, negotiations with Highway and Planning Authorities and inputs to legal agreements through to design. Neptune Transport Planning was founded by Malcolm Foster to provide a more personal service to clients, following 20 plus years experience as an experienced project director leading and coordinating transport and multi-disciplinary inputs on major developments and high-profile projects. Following six years at WSP and sixteen years at AECOM , the formation of Neptune Transport Planning is the culmination of a long held personal ambition to provide an independent, flexible and more personal and client focussed service coordinating Transport Consultancy support associated with all types of Development, working with clients throughout the development life cycle from strategic advice at the master-planning stage to optimisation and assessment of development proposals and applications for consent.
