Our fully equipped fabrication workshop based in Dyce is able to handle a large range of projects in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Aluminium. An example of fabrication work that we routinely undertake is the manufacture of Frames, Skids, Pipework, Platforms and the majority of other General Fabrication. All of our projects are carried out efficiently by our highly skilled work force, who are all exceptionally qualified and carry welding codes to ASME IX, ISO 15614 & ISO 15156 in a range of procedures that cover stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium. We believe in investing in cutting edge machinery and our Waterjet machine is incredibly beneficial to our fabrication services. We are able to cut any size, any shape and in any material and it allows us to provide shorter turnaround times. Our Water Jet is also able to cut a large range of materials varying from metals, plastics and granites. It cuts using only water and abrasive at 60,000 PSI, which means that there is no mechanical stress, heat distortion or a heat affected zone. The waterjet machine cuts with the utmost precision and is able to handle tight tolerances and is able to create unique designs. It has proved itself time after time in producing a superior quality of cut. We provide sheet metal services alongside our fabrication and water jet cutting services. The combination of these services mean that we are able to be a complete one stop shop for our clients and also able to provide faster turn-around times. Sheet Metal work that we regularly undertake includes a range of ducting, square to rounds, lobster back bends, and cones in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Aluminium.
