Founded in 1968, NES is one of the nation's most established Utility Management firms in the US. Headquartered in Tampa Bay, NES has constituted a national presence through its regional service and sales offices across the country. NES operates where submetering and allocation are legally allowable. Programs are organized into (4) areas of expertise: Submetering Equipment Installation, Upgrades and Repair NES provides equipment and performs installations, upgrades and repairs of individual water, gas and electric meters for multifamily residential and commercial dwellings. NES' offers a Forever Warranty which covers both Parts and Labor. Meters are compliant with applicable codes including, AWWA, C700, NSF65G and NSF61. Meter Reading, Billing and Collections NES provides reading for wireless and manually read submetering equipment. Resident billing may include Ratio-Utility-Billing-Services (“RUBS”), billing based upon consumption, flat fee, blended methods and Resident caps, and allotments. Collections include bilingual representatives, certified letters, NES' Autodialer and Skip Trace Program, and more. Vacant Recovery, Bill Pay and Utility Audit VR is designed to eliminate costly errors and prevent future losses. Audits on move in, move out, and transfers are performed to locate Residents utilizing free utilities. Through Bill Pay, bills are housed online for immediate viewing and payment remittance is performed via a designated account. Used mostly as a stand alone service, Utility Audits of water, gas and electric are performed to ensure accurate billings by the municipality. NES collects on behalf of the Client and works on a contingency basis only. Budget Forecasting, Rates/Tariffs, Regulatory Compliance Investment and billing projections are available upon request. Audits on existing programs are performed at no charge. NES manages rate updates, compliance, and filings with local government entities (ex. NCUC, TCEQ).
