About NessCreates

A creative enterprise expressing my interest in Slow-Sustainable, Intentional design, sold on Instagram and Etsy. I love fashion, exploring design and style through sustainable practices. While at TMU fashion school, I had a rethink of what it is about fashion that is important to me. I realized it’s the independence of design, finding a sustainable approach to an industry that can have a big footprint, and the opportunity to build a fashion industry that is built on regenerative circular systems. My values and priorities transitioned to "Slow Fashion", a philosophy to shift away from fast fashion to a quality-based industry that makes conscious choices about design, process and impact without taking away from innovation. It is a change of perspective and I hope to contribute in some small way with my passion project and brand, Ness Creates, grounded in upcycle, recycle, quality materials, and some traditional practices.
