About Nesting Space
Welcome to Nesting Space, my name is Juliette Moora and I am a Mental Health Occupational Therapist. I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating mental health struggles during pregnancy and the postnatal period. As a mental health clinician who has personally experienced the isolation of postnatal anxiety and depression after a traumatic birth, I realised the profound impact of seeking help early. Despite my professional knowledge, I felt alone and unsure where to turn. At Nesting Space, we believe in the power of community support—the village mentality that is often missing in modern parenting. We are dedicated to creating that village for you, providing a safe space where you can find understanding, guidance, and connection. Raising a child doesn't come with a manual; every child is unique, and every parent's journey is different. We use the matrescence framework and understand that when a baby is born, so is a mother. Our mission is to empower mothers to prioritise their mental and validate that you're not alone on this journey—we're here to support you every step of the way. We are the VILLAGE.
