About Net Zero Heroes
Net Zero Heroes is a schools outreach programme that aims to inspire and educate the future workforce across the EV Charging, eMobility and Renewable energy sectors in the UK. By linking the curriculum to different role types within our sectors, we hope to show school children that their seemingly “boring” lessons are a route to an exciting future that will positively impact the race to net zero. We partner with volunteers who work in EV Charging, eMobility, wind, solar, green hydrogen and carbon capture. To become part of this volunteering community we ask that as a seasoned Net Zero Hero, you are able to commit to an average of 3 hours per calendar year to attend a local school and give an overview of the sector you work in, the role types available, and the educational routes that can be taken to join us on our mission. We want to inspire and educate the Net Zero Heroes of the future and we need your help!!
