At NAYI, our mission is to uplift and empower the Armenian community by creating opportunities for learning, growth, and meaningful connections. We provide a platform where young Armenians can gain insights from inspiring speakers, access sponsorships to attend business conferences, secure internships and job opportunities, and receive mentorship from successful professionals—all designed to help them unlock their full potential. Since our founding in April, we’ve hosted both online and in-person events, featuring industry leaders such as Eddie Konialian, Armine Galstyan, and Avetis Antaplyan, with attendance ranging from 30 to over 65 participants. Our community is growing rapidly, and we’re excited to open our first branch at Glendale Community College to reach even more young innovators. Beyond events, we offer workshops and programs for volunteers to enhance professional skills, including LinkedIn optimization, public speaking, and personal development, preparing them to succeed in their careers and make a positive impact in their communities.
